Step #1: Assess

Performance Care starts with a series of strength and mobility assessments to identify imbalances and expose weaknesses.

Each assessment is completed in a single session and helps our coaches and doctors determine which Bulletproof program(s) are best for you or if you need 1 on 1 coaching.

Step #2: Evaluate

After each assessment your performance is evaluated by one of our coaches.

We recommend Bulletproof Programs based on your results or request a little more information and (possibly) additional assessments.

Step #4: Bulletproof Yourself

Bulletproof reminder emails are delivered directly to your inbox each week with links to your weekly workouts, videos, tips and an easy way to contact our coaches and doctors should you have questions.

Complete the Bulletproof workouts as part of your daily training.

If you have issues or experience pain we'll modify the workouts or suggest a new course of action.

Step #5: Re-Assess

After each Bulletproof Program you re-assess and fill out a brief questionnaire.

Based on the re-assessment our coaches and doctors make recommendations for the next round of Bulletproof training.

My biggest concern was adding more “stuff” to an already heavy program. Little did I know this was the “stuff” I needed in my program as much as anything else. Until you take the assessment you will likely never know what may be holding you back!

Answer: You have immediate access to the assessments and the first daily email guidance is delivered tomorrow morning.

Question: I have knee, back and shoulder issues. Which should I fix first?
Answer: It depends. We learn a lot as we work through the assessments and get to know more about you.

Question: What programs do most athletes schedule first?
Answer: Bulletproof Shoulders, Bulletproof Back and Bulletproof Knees.

Question: Do I have to wait for all the assessments to be complete to schedule a program?
Answer: Nope. You can schedule a program whenever you like. This is America.

Question: Is this the same assessment the 1 on 1 Athletes receive?
Answer: No. That is more in depth. We’ll know after the Bulletproof Assessments if you need to upgrade to 1 on 1 coaching.
