Our coaches asked for a system to better manage flexibility and mobility limitations in a group setting. We love our coaches so we built an easy-to-use tool on our website to quickly identify, modify and correct potentially harmful flexibility and mobility limitations.

Identify
Quickly assess flexibility and mobility in a group setting with a series of simple tests.

Modify
Athletes with limited or painful range of motion are at increased risk of injury. A good coach should appropriately modify workouts to eliminate potentially dangerous movements.

We provide easy-to-understand modifications you can quickly implement in a class setting.

Correct
In addition to immediate modifications for today’s workout your athletes can sign up for our free corrective action programs.

Corrective action programs are self guided workouts your athletes complete before or after class. Most corrective action workouts take between 5-10 minutes.

Monthly Training

Monthly training modules are not mandatory but are highly encouraged.

Using the Front Squat as an assessment tool. Training starts 1 November 2017.

It’s possible a few (or more than a few) of your athletes have wonky front squat form. Might be a good idea to learn why so you can provide more guidance than “get those elbows up!”.

We cover how to:
• quickly assess flexibility and mobility relevant to a front squat
• modify workouts based on assessment results
• test absolute vs. relative strength
• provide better exercise prescriptions based on strength testing results
