Bulletproof Ankles

While ankle pain, discomfort and/or range of motion limitations are common in athletes it’s important to know ankle pain is not normal.

If you experience ankle pain or range of motion limitations during any of the following we have work to do:
• squats
• split jerks
• running
• double unders
