How Bulletproof Upper Body Works

Bulletproof Upper Body consists of 80 Workouts. Odd numbered workouts are Bulletproof Shoulders and even numbered workouts are Bulletproof Back. Many athletes do 2 Bulletproof Upper Body workouts per day; 1 odd numbered and 1 even numbered.

Workouts range from 10-20 minutes in length. Each comes with detailed instructions as well as videos describing the movements.
