How Bulletproof Back Max Works
Bulletproof Back Max consists of 80 workouts. The first 5 are testing workouts and back pain exercises.
Workouts range from 10-20 minutes in length. Each comes with detailed instructions as well as videos describing the movements.
Bulletproof Back Max exercises should be done after your daily workout and shouldn’t interfere with your normal training.
