How to do the BulletproofRx Body Workouts

We recommend 1 or 2 BulletproofRx workouts per day 3-5 days per week.

Before or After

  • Odd numbered workouts should be completed before you workout.
  • Even numbered workouts should be completed after you workout.

These are guidelines. It’s ok to do your BulletproofRx workouts when it’s most convenient for you.

Missed a Few Workouts
If you can’t get to the gym for a few days (or weeks), no problem. Just pick up where you left off.

Missed a Lot of Workouts
If you stop doing BulletproofRx workouts for an extended period of time, you can pick back up where you left off or you can back up a few workouts or a few weeks of workouts. Whatever works best for you.

Repeat Workouts
Even if a workout is marked as completed you can still access it. You can even go back to completed workouts and click on the red completed button to turn it back to a green not completed button.
