How Bulletproof Knees Works
Bulletproof Knees consists of 40 self paced workouts & knee pain exercises.
Workouts range from 10-20 minutes in length. Each comes with detailed instructions as well as videos describing the movements.
If possible, Bulletproof Knees exercises should be done before your daily workout and shouldn’t interfere with your normal training.
