Athletes should complete these workouts until they can pass the supine hip flexion test.
NOTE: Athletes who feel pain or pinching in their hip(s) or lower back during this test should complete Bulletproof Hips.
How To Use The Program
These workouts should be completed after the athlete is warmed up. We suggest completing them AFTER your normal daily workout or between sets of strength work.
Most workouts are Less than 10 minutes.
Do 3 corrective action workouts per week until you are able to pass the supine hip flexion test.
