Who we are

Our website address is:

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We never sell your information. We never share your information except as necessary to deliver and support products and services you choose. We collect and store only information needed to deliver and support products and services you choose to use. Details listed below.

  • First and Last Name: So we can communicate with you by name instead of generically.
  • Email: We use your email as your login username and to communicate with you about your purchase while your membership is active. If you no longer want us to communicate with you about your active membership, cancel your membership and we will cease immediately.
  • Password: We need this so the system can confirm it is you when you login to visit the site. The password is encrypted. Our staff can’t see it.
  • Billing Address: We collect this only if you are paying with a credit card. We need it so our payment processor can validate and approve your payment. We do not keep your credit card information on our servers. If paying via PayPal, they collect your billing information and we don’t have it on our servers.
  • Optional Phone: This is optional. Don’t give it to us if you have any concerns whatsoever. We will not use it unless we need to communicate with you and you don’t respond to email attempts.
  • Product Purchased: We need this to know what to deliver.
  • Login and Access Information: We store your login date/time, IP Address and pages accessed. We do this to keep track of and report your progress, help prevent fraud (sharing login with multiple users) and abuse of the site (visiting too many pages).

Other forms may collect additional information necessary to deliver and support products and services relevant to that form. If you have any concerns about the information collected on a form:

  • Do not submit that form.
  • Instead, raise your concerns using the red “Support” button. We will strive to work around your concerns.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The site includes numerous forms. They provide a way for you to communicate with us and:

  • Schedule programs
  • Cancel programs
  • Ask for assistance from a coach
  • Ask for assistance from the support group
  • Apply for the 1 On 1 Membership
  • More forms are added as needed

In every case we collect and store only information needed to deliver and support what you request. We never sell your information and we never share it except as necessary to accomplish the task you requested.

We typically send you a confirmation email for your records. If follow up may be required, we make an entry in an email list to automate follow up. The entry contains your email, name, created timestamp and any other information needed to know what you requested. Most requests don’t require we store any additional information in the email list. Usually the list name tells us all we need to know. Any follow up email is directly related to your request. Any follow up email contains an opt out link in the footer. Select the opt out link and we immediately remove your contact information from that email list. Please note that, if you opt out of a particular list, we will no longer be able to communicate with you by email concerning that request.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We keep your data forever unless we need to clean up old information to generate space for new information or to make the site run faster.

Right to Delete: You can delete your information by visiting your Profile page ( Of course, this will also cancel your account.

Right to Review: If you want to see your information we will provide an export of everything we have. Simply ask for it using the red “Support” button.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Where we send your data

Post Comments: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Payment Processors: We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. We do not store your credit card information on our site. We leave that up to the experts at Stripe and PayPal. Both Stripe and PayPal check your information to confirm your charge is legit.

Wordfence ( We use Wordfence to help protect our site from hackers and other inappropriate access. Wordfence uses your IP to do its job but it doesn’t store any personal identifying information about you.

Zendesk ( We use Zendesk so you can submit questions, comments, suggestions, etc. to us. We collect your name, email and whatever text your choose to enter. You may also choose to include attachments if you feel they are useful. We use this information to better support you. We never share it outside our company.

Survey Monkey ( Several products will ask you to complete a survey in order to better deliver the product. If you have any concerns about the information we ask for, do not complete the survey. We can proceed without it. If you complete a survey we only share the content with members of our staff who need to know this information to serve you.

MailChimp ( We use MailChimp to send you emails about products and services you choose. Each MailChimp email includes an opt-out link in the footer. If you opt-out, we remove your information from that MailChimp list and cease sending emails to you about that product or service.

How we protect your data

WordPress ( This site is built on the WordPress platform using the Divi Theme ( We use a few plugins to extend the functionality of WordPress. WordPress, Divi and each plugin we use are GDPR compliant.

Server ( We use a dedicated server hosted by Host Gator. What little information we maintain about you is NOT on a shared server.

Security: The entire site uses SSL (HTTPS) secure communication. You can see the “https://” on every page if you check your browser’s URL field. No pages are served with plain HTTP. There is no chance we will get mixed up and serve personal information using insecure HTTP protocol. Our server monitors and automatically blocks inappropriate access. We use WordFence Premium ( as an additional level of security. In the unlikely event our site is hacked we will inform everyone who has information on our server as soon as we are made aware of the hack. We will do this via a header message on the site and by email to everyone, even if you have opted out of all emails from us.
